Health Information Systems are tools to support management, planning, monitoring and evaluation within the scope of the Unified Health System. Objective: This work aims to bring health data and information present in Health Information Systems closer to the health field mental and psychosocial care. Description of the Experience: This is, therefore, an experience report that sought to build, based on the work activities in the Public Health Residency, a summary table to demonstrate the possibilities of access that Health Information Systems offer in the face of the theme, in convergence with RMSC practice scenarios. From the discussion, it was observed that they bring data that can support important aspects in the field of mental health and psychosocial care, which can help managers, care professionals and social control in the construction of the analysis of the health situation and indicators of health. Conclusion: In conclusion, Health Information Systems alone do not reach the historical, social, ethical and subjective complexity of the health-disease-care processes for mental health and psychosocial care, but they express the intentions, rationalities and contradictions of the field itself and of the SUS. Keywords: Health Information Systems; Psychosocial Care; Health Planning.Downloads
