Production of a conclusive technical report for comprehensive oral health care

Objective: to report on the experience of drawing up a Conclusive Technical Report, as well as its presentation to the municipal management, and the results of the proposals to contribute to Primary Health Care. Brief description of the experience: The Conclusive Technical Report was drawn up based on research carried out in the municipality of Contagem, Minas Gerais, about effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on comprehensive oral health care, in the territory studied. All the technical-scientific standards necessary for its preparation have been taken into account, taking into account the need for flexibility in relation to the initial planning, in order to facilitate the dissemination of the technical product to the municipal oral health management and to give greater visibility to the research results. The action planned for the presentation of the document was strategically modified, taking into account the needs of municipal oral health management, resulting in the presence of all members and representatives of institutions linked to the municipality. The proposals for improvements in primary health care were understood and accepted by management, prompting reflection and action aimed at implementing them, with effects par-ticularly related to work processes, through educational strategies. Final Considerations: The Conclusive Technical Report has the potential to offer all the results of the research carried out, as well as suggesting proposals for improvements applicable to the territory. However, strategies for its dissemination are essential. Its planning and execution must be dynamic and flexible to any necessary changes, with a view to success and visibility for the results expected in this document.
