Objectives: Stimulate formative evaluation practices for preceptors of the Multiprofessional Residency Program, at the NN, NN; collectively validate and implement monitoring/evaluation instruments in the local Program; and report the experience of using the Maguerez Arch used to guide the process. Brief description of the experience: Experience report on an intervention carried out in 2022 and 2023, through preceptorship in a Multiprofessional Residency Program in the city of NN. The work used the Maguerez Arc methodology, covering five stages: Observation of Reality, Key Points, Theorization, Solution Hypotheses and Application to Reality. The application of the Arc made it possible to observe disturbing situations in the context of teaching and the evaluation processes of the local Program, as well as to theorize about them. Thus, feasible solution hypotheses were raised, involving preceptors and Program Coordination in the region. Actions were taken to improve teaching processes for residents, mainly in formative assessment. Monitoring instruments were also built, validated, and implemented. Conclusions: This study took the local reality as its starting point, transforming it. The Arc was a powerful problematizing tool, whose execution required planning and led to the dissolution of the problem situation. It is believed that it brought benefits to the teaching of preceptorship in the Multiprofessional Residency Program in the region.Downloads
