The objective was to analyze the access and usability, from the perspective of the management, immunization team and Aracatiense users, of the Covid-19 vaccine registration system through “Digital Health”, State of Ceará Government platform. Under ethical approval (CAEE: 57225822.1.0000.5037), a semi-structured interview-type qualitative study was carried out, in two phases: The first applied to immunization sector technicians and nurses who participated in vaccination against Covid-19, in Aracati city. Second phase with search, identification and interview of service users who had their name disclosed, multiple times on vaccination call list, aiming to identify the socioeconomic profile and their view on access to registration and vaccination call. Qualitative data were analyzed by Bardin's content analysis. It was noted that for management and immunization team, the “Digital Health” platform was a good strategy for organizing and optimizing data. However, it was reported that it should have been associated with adequate training and professional qualification. Users, despite a greater number who needed to be summoned multiple times for vaccination, only two of them were linked to a primary health care unit, without internet access, and were unaware of multiple calls. In case discussed in this paper, importance of access to digital media and connection of the user to assigned primary health care unit is imperative, in order to ensure timely follow-up of user, envisioning a truly universal and egalitarian SUS.Downloads
