Objective: This article aims to describe the experience of a workshop given to preceptors, tutors and coordinator of a Multiprofessional Residency in Intensive Care in Adults covering the areas of Nursing, Physiotherapy and Psychology. The focus of the workshop was to highlight the importance and impacts of Resident-Centered Education. Description of the experience: During the workshop, several teaching methodologies were used, including Group Dynamics, the use of the Mentimeter© tool and Peer Review. The evaluation of the event was conducted through peer reviews of each participant/preceptor at the end of the activity, as well as through self-evaluations. The results obtained reflect the effectiveness of the pedagogical planning, evidenced by the positive testimonials from the participants. However, the analysis of the educational experience also revealed that the methodology requires a longer period of time to be completely absorbed and that it would be beneficial to include a space dedicated to critical feedback, aiming to provide constructive criticism to improve the dynamics of the process. In conclusion, this experience report demonstrates the effectiveness of quick pedagogical activities, based on active methodologies, by involving preceptors and tutors from multi-professional residencies in understanding the relevance of establishing a solid relationship with residents. This connection plays a key role in designing personalized learning plans that take into account the individual characteristics of each resident.Downloads
